When you use our platform, we also collect the files you upload (videos, audio, presentations), the content generated by our AI models, usage data such as which models you use and project history, and payment information processed securely through Stripe.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate and deliver the Fydioo platform, process your uploaded files through our AI video pipeline, generate voiceovers, subtitles, and video content, handle billing and credit transactions, improve our models and service quality, and send you important service updates.
File Storage and Retention
Files you upload and content we generate are stored securely on our servers. Project files are retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual projects at any time, which removes associated files. When you delete your account, all your files and generated content are permanently removed within 30 days.
Third-Party Services
We use third-party services to deliver our platform. OpenAI is used for AI-powered script generation, image creation, and content processing. Stripe handles all payment processing securely. We do not sell your personal data or uploaded content to any third party.
Cookies and Analytics
We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We may also use analytics to understand how users interact with the platform, helping us improve the experience. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your Rights
