These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fydioo platform. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Fydioo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. We may update these Terms at any time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Account and Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person or entity may not maintain more than one account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
Credits and Billing
Fydioo uses a pay-as-you-go credit system. Credits are purchased in advance and deducted when you process videos. New accounts receive a free $3.00 credit. Credits are non-refundable once purchased. Processing costs are shown before you confirm each project. Rates vary by model and are displayed on our pricing page.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. You may not use the platform to generate misleading deepfakes or impersonate real individuals without consent. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform. You also own the output generated from your content. Fydioo retains all rights to the platform, its technology, models, and user interface. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the service.
AI-Generated Content
Content produced by our AI models (scripts, images, voiceovers) is generated algorithmically and may not always be accurate or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing or distributing it. Fydioo does not guarantee the factual accuracy of AI-generated scripts or visuals.
File Uploads and Storage
You may upload video, audio, and presentation files up to the size limits specified on the platform. We store your files securely for as long as your account is active. We are not responsible for data loss due to events beyond our reasonable control. You should maintain your own backups of original source files.
Service Availability
We strive to keep Fydioo available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your remaining credits are forfeited. Your uploaded files and generated content will be deleted within 30 days of account closure.
Limitation of Liability
Fydioo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of Fydioo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
