Disconnect a platform
Open Channels and remove the Facebook, Instagram or other connection: its access tokens are deleted at once. You can also remove the app in your Facebook settings, under Settings and privacy, Settings, Business integrations.
Delete everything
Write to support@fydioo.com from the address you sign in with and ask for your data to be deleted. We confirm within 7 days; your personal data, your account's tokens and the content you created are deleted within 30 days, and backups age out after that.
What remains
Only records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices for paid accounts, for as long as it requires.
