Accounts
Accounts are opened by invitation. An account's owners decide who else has access, and are responsible for what its members do in it.
Your content
You keep every right to what you post. You give us only the permission needed to store it and to publish it, when you schedule it, to the accounts you connected. You are responsible for having the right to publish it and for following each platform's own rules.
Connected platforms
Publishing depends on LinkedIn, Google, Meta and the other platforms you connect. Their outages, limits, policy changes and decisions to restrict an account are outside our control.
Plans and payment
Paid plans renew automatically each period until cancelled; cancelling takes effect at the end of the period already paid. If a payment fails, the account keeps working for 14 days; after that it becomes read-only and nothing is published until it is paid. Nothing is deleted because a payment is late.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to publish unlawful content or spam, to infringe anyone's rights, or to try to reach another account's data. We may suspend an account that does.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running and posts on time, but provide it as it is, without a guarantee that every post goes out at its exact time. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the last three months.
Ending
You can ask for your account to be closed at any time, and we may close an account that breaks these terms. Closing deletes the account's data as the privacy notice describes.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
